This facility was first created in 2005 for the purpose of assisting the settlers in rebuilding / renovate the house at land settlement scheme.

The loan is given to the eligible settlers with the amount ranging from RM 10,000 to RM 40,000.

This interest free loan is open to eligible settlers and not more that 70 years old when the loan is approved. Service charge of 2.5% is imposed once to cover the administrative cost.

Maximum repayment period is 15 years.
